Alcohol.Think Again Western Fury pair Nicole Bolton and Elyse Villani have returned to Perth following their involvement in Australia’s 4-0 ODI series win over South Africa.
Perth-born Bolton was in stellar form throughout the five-game series, scoring 219 runs at an average of 43.8 at the top of the order.
Bolton, 27, scored two half-centuries among her five knocks, top scoring with 77 in game three.
Villani wasn’t as prolific with the bat, eventually dropping down the order, but she did memorably take her first-ever international wicket.
The five-game series played in Canberra, Sydney and Coffs Harbour included a tie in the fourth game where Villani bowled the final over under pressure.
The pair will now tune up for the Rebel Women’s Big Bash League with the Perth Scorchers which commences on Saturday 10 December.
