Peschel is an exciting all-rounder who was promoted to the Western Fury squad for the 2013-14 season. Fury coach Steve Jenkin has said Peschel could one day play for Australia if she puts her mind to it. Peschel emerged at the 2011-12 Under-18's National Championships, finishing among the top wicket-takers with 12 dismissals in six games at 11.75, including a fine haul of 5-17 against Tasmania. Peschel also claimed a match-winning 3-25 in WA's fifth-place final win over South Australia, while she made 82 runs at 13.67 during the Championships. The youngster wasn't part of any representative sides during the 2012-13 season, but was one of Midland-Guildford's most consistent players, claiming 15 wickets in their run to the WACA Female A-Grade 50-over Grand Final. Peschel peaked towards the end of the season, taking 5-19 and 4-42 against South Perth and Melville respectively.
