Coulter-Nile enjoyed his best season in 2012-13, winning the Laurie Sawle Medal and making his Australia debut in February 2013. Coulter-Nile made his WA debut in December 2009 but encountered injury problems before taking 21 wickets in WA's final four Sheffield Shield games in 2010-11. He kicked on in 2011-12, playing a big part in the Perth Scorchers' run to the T20 Big Bash League final with 10 wickets. Coulter-Nile made his international T20 debut against the West Indies in February 2013. Coulter-Nile played a large role in WA's 2014 Matador One-Day Cup success with 14 wickets in five games. The fast bowler has represented Australia at limited-overs level, but is yet to make his Test debut.
