Debut 100 for Australia against England at the MCG

Left-handed top-order bat Bolton is the captain of the Alcohol.Think Again Western Fury and Perth Scorchers in the Women’s Big Bash League. She is a local product who has represented Australia, memorably scoring a century on debut against England at the MCG. Bolton, who can bowl part-time spin, is a two-time winner of the WNCL Player of the Season and the Zoe Goss Medal. She won the 2012-13 WNCL Player of the Year after scoring two centuries and 363 runs, which prompted her maiden Australia call-up for the 2013-14 Women’s Ashes. Bolton moved to VicSpirit in 2014 where she spent one season before returning west ahead of the 2015-16 season, where she was reinstated as Fury and Perth Scorchers captain.
