The Western Australian Female Cricket Council, Incorporated (WAFCC) governs the A & B Grade Female Premier Cricket Competitions with administrative support from WA Cricket.

The objects of the WAFCC are to:

  • provide strategic leadership on female cricket for Western Australia;
  • encourage female participation in cricket in Western Australia at a playing, coaching, umpiring and volunteering level, and as administrators, fans, spectators and viewers;
  • appoint a representative on the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA) Statewide Game Development Committee;
  • represent the interests of the Competition and its cricketers;
  • oversee and, as appropriate direct (with the support of resources of the WACA), the administration of the WA Female Premier Cricket Competition including playing conditions, rules and by laws; and
  • make recommendations on persons associated with female cricket for WACA related or community honours.

Premier Cricket Delegates Committee (PCDC)

The Premier Cricket Delegates Committee is a sub-committee of the WAFCC.

The purpose of the Committee is to provide a forum for the WAFCC, WA Cricket and clubs to develop, review and evaluate the female club competition. 

The key functions of the Committee are to:

  • Provide feedback and recommend improvements to the competition regarding its structures and procedures, such as Rules & Playing Conditions and Fixturing
  • Promote and assist in implementing club-based activities that are coordinated by WA Cricket

Delegates are appointed by Clubs who have one or more teams participating in the Female Premier Cricket Competition. Each club appoints one delegate, who will share one vote.
